New Membership to Surf Life Saving

2. Follow the instructions to join.
3. Select Entity – Surf Life Saving Club
4. Select State – QLD
5. Club/Organisations – Mermaid Beach
Every child must also have an adult/guardian join with them. If you are joining as a family, please create the Primary Contact first, after which you will be asked to create a family group. Then create the membership profiles for the other members joining. Once all family members have been created , proceed to Make A Payment page. You can check the family membership fee, by checking Click here to view price list.
For all new members, we will need to sight ID to complete the membership. ID must include name and DOB.
Your account will show as Pending. All memberships are to be approved by our club’s management committee, have paid the required fees and provide ID to the office to confirm their Date of Birth. Supporter Club membership is part of the Surf Club membership. Members will be required to come into the office to complete the new form and collect the new card.
