Mermaid Mates
Mermaid Mates is groups of individuals committed to supporting the development of our competitors at Mermaid Beach AEME SLSC. To become a Mermaid Mate a $1,000 tax deductible donation to the Club is required .

Funds generated  finance replacement of competition craft (e.g. boards, surf skis, boats etc) with new equipment to ensure the safety and competitivenes of our members and with an aim of continuing to improve our achievements in Surf Sports.

Surf Sports plays a major role in developing our member’s skills and fitness to perform life saving duties in the most treacherous of surf conditions. By supporting Surf Sports, you are helping to ensure we have highly skilled and fit personnel to look after our beach going public.

Your support will be recognized by way of an honour board which is located prominently inside the Club’s licensed area. There are plaques on the honour board to identify each of the $1,000.00 contributors. You will also get the satisfaction of having contributed to the success of our lifesavers in achieving their goals through Surf Sports.

Club 100
The Mermaid Beach AEME SLSC Future Champions Club 100 is a lottery whereby numbers 1-100 are purchased by individuals or syndicates at a cost of $100 each. All ticket holders are then entered into the Draw to win $2000 CASH plus some fantastic prizes. You do not have to be in attendance to win the draw and prizes.
Your support for our major fundraiser would be greatly appreciated and you can feel proud that you are assisting us with:
- Raising much needed funds for our Future Champions of the surf - who are YOUR FUTURE LIFESAVERS!
- Providing training, education and equipment for over 300 junior and senior members
- Providing essential surf rescue equipment required by the life savers patrolling your beach
