The Club is managed by Club Officers elected by members at the Annual General Meeting.  Club Management is structured as shown in the attached organization chart into an Executive Committee and a Management Committee, one of which meets every month. 

The key functional areas of the Club, eached headed up by a member of the Executive Committee  are:

·    Surf Life Saving

·    Surf Sports

·    Nippers

·    Youth

·    Administration

·    Finance

The Club employs a part time Club Administrator (Jo Briody) who works in the Club Office three days per week as shown below:

·    Tuesday- 9am to 5pm

·    Thursday- 9am to 5pm

·    Sunday- 8am to 12pm
